SchoolChalo is focused on understanding the economic, societal and hidden factors behind the widespread illiteracy among the extremely disadvantaged. Our aim is to develop a concept/strategy to help and persuade such parents to send their children to school. Bio Durga Prasad Pandey is interested in development in general, and has technical research interests in organic, smart, and extreme networking technologies. Durga attended Indian School of Mines, and had short stints with KPMG Consulting, SETU, and Siemens Corporate technology. He chairs the Website Committee of the InterPlanetary Internet SIG and serves on the editorial board of ACM Crossroads magazine.
