Donating to the Digital Vision Program
When you donate to the Digital Vision Program (DVP), you are helping to further realize the Digital Vision Fellows’ goals to address the needs of underserved communities around the globe.

All donations are tax-deductible, as the Reuters Foundation and Stanford University are recognized by the IRS as non-profit organizations. Donations can be accepted for unlimited amounts and may be personal or corporate. Information gathered about the donor is used soley for the purposes of filing the 501(c)(3) donation and will not be shared or used for any other purpose.
In-kind donations (e.g. frequent flyer miles, housing, computer equipment) are also warmly welcome. MoreYou may make donations at the program level or to an individual fellow.
- Program-level donations are distributed within the program where the need is greatest, as determined by the DV Program Staff.
- Individual fellow donations go directly toward that fellow’s program, project or personal (re-location, living) expenses. If the designated fellow does not attend or complete the program, donations in their name will be redirected to the general program budget.
How to make a donation
Online donations
You may make an online donation using PayPal’s secure payment system.
- In the “Payment for:” field, please enter “Program” for program-level donations or the fellows’ name for individual fellow donations.
- In order to confirm the donation as tax-deductible, Reuters Foundation asks that you confirm your address when making the donation.
- After making your donation, you will receive an email confirmation as receipt of payment.
