Speaker bio:
Dr. Stanley Chia is Senior Director, Vodafone Group R&D-US. He has been with the mobile communications industry for over 20 years and has held senior positions in operation, technology, and strategy. Prior to joining Vodafone and its US predecessor AirTouch Communications, he worked for BT-Cellnet, now O2, British Telecom Laboratories, and SmarTone Mobile Communications (Hongkong). He is Senior Member of Institute of Electronic and Electrical Engineers (US) and Fellow of Institution of Engineering and Technology (UK).
